Our Process

All of our bread starts with the basic 3 ingredients: water, flour, and salt.

The flour is organic, local, and freshly milled. All other ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, organic, and clean.

Natural fermentation of the sourdough gives you the same cultures you would find in yogurt, prebiotics and probiotics. Using only natural fermentation is good for your gut health and is found to be a staple in the worlds “Blue Zones” where longevity is the norm.
